"Migration Series" Thomas Swanston, Diamond Dust on Vellum Print

Thomas uses diamonds on this piece - one of the most precious materials in the world - to tie the perception of value with the plight of the Sandhill Crane, among the oldest living birds on the planet. Its goal is to draw the collector's awareness to the environmental issues facing all cranes.
