Very Rare Arequipa Vase Mint Condition

This is one of two pieces of Arequipa Pottery I am selling. The history of Arequipa is fascinating, as the pottery was made in San Francisco during the early turn of the century as therapy for young woman with tuberculosis in the Arequipa facility. Some of the most famous artists were art directors there, including Frederich Rhead. These pieces rarely every see the open market and I am happy to be able to offer these. This piece is mint condition and fully marked on the bottom of the vase. The pieces measures just shy of 5" tall. Thanks for stopping by!
