Very fine Chalkware Dog Bank with natural colors

This very fine Chalk ware Dog is reminiscent of the very popular Staffordshire Dog forms, he is 9 3/4" ht, 5 3/4" base width. Aside of some very slight wear to the surface he is in excellent original condition. Would likely date 1840-60.
