Atlas "The Northpart of America"

The atlas provides the analysis of the development of cartography of Canada and the arctic. It consists of 292 pages illustrated throughout with reproductions of old maps. The atlas is 16" wide x 14" high and is decorated with gilt linen and comes complete with a linen slipcase. The atlas is a limited edition with 1500 copies printed. The author's signature is found on the limitation page which also denotes the atlas as copy # 83.
