Vintage Ceramic Enamel Thai Elephant Salt & Pepper Toothpick Holder and Tray Set

This lovely set from Thailand is very elegant with the gold leaf paint and textured enamel artwork over a white glossy background. Three resting elephants are wearing `fringe blankets', salt, pepper and one for toothpicks. The lipped tray is beautifully enameled in royal blue, green yellow and cranberry accented with gold leaf. Stamped on bottom: Hand Painted in Thailand. Salt and pepper shakers have hard plastic stoppers.

Condition: Pre-owned, excellent no chips, cracks or crazing.
