German Toddler Character Boy

Offered here is a wonderful character face German Boy. His bisque head has painted blue eyes, an open/closed mouth with two teeth, and a comb stoked dome head. The body is a toddler jointed body that someone has tried to clean, thus removing the gloss finish and some of the paint. The torso has a crack, but it is secure. His little white with black polka dot shirt is cotton; and his knickers are black velvet. His shoes are newer leather shoes. He has such a wonderful face. The markings on the back of his head, as seen in the photo, is "115". Questions encouraged and additional information and photos on request.
