1950s Mechanical Charlie Chimp The Hula Expert Made In Japan

This Toy by G.B.C. Toy in Japan was made in the 1950s. Charlie Chimp is a Wind-up Mechanical Toy that does the Hula-Hoop. He stands at 9" tall and is all original with the box. The box has fallen apart due to its age. Charlie is in overall good condition with no tears in clothing etc. but his clothes are dirty. He does work with some assistance. I believe he needs to be oiled because he worked when I first got him and has slowed down. The mechanism is in his waist. His clothes consist of a red shirt and striped white and red pants. His hat is yellow with a red and yellow tassel.
