This Item is a 1800's Rogers & Bro. Triple Plated Napkin Ring Holder. Gorgeous and Extremely Rare with this pattern. I have seen one similar without the design on the ring made by Rogers Smith which I believe was designed later after Rogers & Bro. became Rogers Smith Co. This design I have found with a patent date of 1868. This Napkin Holder is Catalog No. 157.
