Damascene Bracelet

For sale is an interesting costume jewelry bracelet that I believe is Spanish Damascene. Damascene jewelry comes from Spain and Japan and usually features flowers, birds, and nature designs done in black enamel on goldtone metal.

This bracelet is wide and measures about 1 inch by 8 inches long. The clasp is in very good condition. The condition of the enameling on the small links is a little worn. The condition of the enameling on the larger butterfly/flower links is in very good condition. There is a center dot of red enameling on each flower, all in good condition.

This bracelet is missing the safety chain that is usually added to expensive bracelets. The loops are still there and if you want you could add some chain but the clasp works so well, it is not necessary. The loops do not take away from the beauty of the bracelet.
