For sale is a gorgeous 1960/1970 necklace made from different art glass beads and hand-wired. This pretty necklace in different shades of blues and greens was bought from a lady who owned it for over 35 years.
It is long and measures about 52 inches all the way around or 26 inches worn. It could be doubled around your neck very easily but there is no clasp so you could not triple it.
There are a variety of interesting beads used in making this delicate piece. There are 23 longer barrel shaped beads that measure about 1/4 inch long by almost 1/4 inch wide. They come in periwinkle blue, turquoise and seafoam green. Between each of these larger beads, there are 6 smaller beads wired together in shades of turquoise and cobalt blue. There are 23 sections in all.
The style is similar to the popular rosary necklaces worn today but this is a vintage necklace not to be mistaken with brand new. Please email me if you have any questions regarding this necklace.
