Patsy-like Composition Doll from late 1920s

This sweet-faced 13 ½" doll is in wonderful condition for being 80+ years old. She has molded, painted hair, and her composition head, shoulders, arms and legs are set on a cloth body; some paint is gone from her hair. She has sleep eyes and most of her eyelashes are still attached. She has all of her fingers, and has no cracks. There is slight crazing on her chest and a tiny bit on her face, and she does have a ding on her right heel. Her head is a bit wobbly on her neck, but it is still attached. She has no maker's marks; so she is definitely not a Patsy, but a close look-alike. Inside her back is a round object, which I assume was a squeaker, but it makes no noise now.

Her clothing is not original, but it didn't seem right to let her run around naked!
