ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 19TH CENTURY Wall Mirror with Gilded Wood and Gesso Frame

Beautifully and decorative deeply carved antique wood and Gesso mirror with gold gilt. There are also some areas where it is reticulated. It does have some wear to the Gesso, along with some splits, due to it's age. It is solid and sturdy though. The frame measures 24 1/2" long by 20" wide by 2 1/2" deep, but it does have wire to hang either way you prefer. The mirror measures 20" x 16" and has been replaced in 1969, as it is stamped on the back.
