THIS WONDERFUL OLD ANTIQUE NATIVE AMERICAN BONE ARTIFACT WAS FOUND ABOVE GROUND ON A PRIVATE RANCH NORTH OF OKLAHOMA. It had been exposed to the sun and weather elements for a long period of time, giving it an almost bleached and pitted look. The true color is a bleached cream with tiny flecks of gray through it. The scraper end would have had a stone or metal tip, sharpened with leather wrapped around it, then the other end shows an indention from what I am assuming would be a leather wrist strap. The scraper end has suffered a chip, but is not cracked.
The scraper is in "as found" artifact condition, I consider it in good condition for the age and conditions to which it has been exposed. The scraper shows much use.
