Pair of Majolica Asparagus Plates

A pair of exceptional French asparagus plates.

In excellent condition; no flaws or chips anywhere; just very delicate crazing to the glaze. Circa 1890

The glaze has pooled in the wells and recessed areas of each plate in a most pleasing manner.
