Vintage Funky Crown Lewis Lucite and Metal Chain Purse

Offering a vintage Crown Lewis lucite and goldtone chain link purse. This purse is funky, wild, and sure to be noticed. It is not for the shy at heart. Fun, fun fun. The inner body of the purse is made of a brownish grey leather like material which it totally covered by oval links of brown lucite and double oval links of goldtone metal. They are interspersed in a web like fashion and the contrast of the shiny metal with the subtle tortoise like lucite make for a dazzling effect. The lucite links are larger than the goldtone links and each lucite link has 4 goldtone links attached to it (see picture). There is a goldtone chain link closure that closes with a hook. The strap consists of lucite ovals with gold links attached at top and bottom.The total strap length is 36". The inside of the purse is in very good condition and the Crown Lewis Imports label is inside. The overall condition of the purse is very good. The only condition issue is that a very few of the lucite links show some wear commensurate with age (this is mostly on the strap, perhaps from contact with material).
