Pull Toy Cackling Hen Fisher-Price Clucks Flapping Wings Wood Paper Lithography 4 Wheels String Vintage 1958-1966

Vintage collectable Cackling Hen pull toy from Fisher-Price, 1958-66, is so cute. Made for small children, but adults also enjoy watching her flap her wings and go "cluck, cluck, squa-awk, squawk" as she is pulled along by a string.

She was made using a wooden cut out chicken with colorful paper lithography attached to the sides and wings. She has white, black, and red feathers, blue eyes, a yellow beak, and has a red plastic tail and crown feathers. She rolls on 4 wooden wheels, and her "feet" are attached to the two front red wheels. These are attached to her wings which cause her wings to flap.

Besides the plastic crown and tail, there is one other plastic part, which is part of the mechanism, and it's inside the cavity. This toy is in vintage condition. The paper lithography is worn on the edges, and the nails and metal parts used in construction are rusty. But she works! You can tell children have had fun playing with her.

Measurements: 6 1/2" long, 10" high, and 5" wide.
