Prussia Pink Roses Porcelain Bowl Royal Rudolstadt Mint Vintage
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – This Vintage Royal Rudolstadt Prussia Pink Roses Porcelain Bowl has pink and white roses with pale green leaves. The background is in soft shades of pale yellow, cream and lavender. This delicate and graceful bowl is adorned with a scalloped rim trimmed in gold. This is a beautiful example of early 20th century design and style. The bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. There are two manufactures marks 1)"Prussia" over a crown, under the crown is half of a shield with the letter "B" in the center of the shield, and "Royal Rudolstadt." under the shield, over the glaze, in blue. 2) "Prussia" over a crown, under the crown is half of a shield with the letter "B" in the center, impressed. This bowl was produced prior to the end of WWI (1914-1918). The "B" represents Beyer & Bock, Germany. It has light normal table wear on the bottom, but the visible surfaces are in mint condition. This would be a great addition to your collection or a thoughtful gift to someone special.
