Very handsome pair of art deco bookends has an embossed "The Aviator" on the bottom, beneath a portrait of the famous aviator in flight jacket. He is flanked in the foreground by a propeller aircraft to his right, and an eagle in flight on his left.
The cast metal frames are marked COPR 1929 on a dimpled background, and one of the original felt pads is still in place. There is no damage that I see, and the details are all nice and sharp.
