An unknown artist carefully put together this eclectic mix of smooth turquoise, shell, and brilliant cut rondelle stone necklace. The only costume items on this variable designed work of art are the clear and aqua rhinestones.
The necklace has a Native American flavor. A beautiful 1/2" thick x 1" long oval turquoise stone, commonly used in tribal jewelry. The ocean's offering of dark abalone shell measuring 1 1/3" long and a milky bluish green rondelle stone.
The Turquoise stone was carefully tooled to allow gold filled wire to run through the center. It was secured with small but decorative brass discs with clear rhinestones and teal beads on either end.
A well thought of arrangement that has seen some wear, but the necklace is vintage. The 13" infinity style chain is the only item that the wear can be seen without the use of a jeweler's loop. The pendant portion could be easily removed and placed onto any chain style that would could be worn by any sex.
