English 1930's Bakelite Celluloid Vanity Jar
This smashing British made vanity jar is made of faux tortoise shell, most probably celluloid or Bakelite, and features an amber color finial made of celluloid. This stunning piece measures 4" in diameter and stands 3 ¼" tall and is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Marked "Made in England" this elegant pot is most probably from the 1920's to the 1940's and is just what you have been looking for to add to your collection of 20th century celluloid and Bakelite.
