For your consideration, a large geometric vase in natural clay with partial luster glaze and incised geometric polychrome details. This masterfully designed and crafted vase measures 28 cm (11") tall, 20cm (8") wide, and weighs 4 lbs. The style is reminiscent of the aesthetics of French pottery (i.e. Jacques Pouchain) and is most probably circa 1950's-1960's. The signature is partially illegible and appears to read "Periqueay". Provenance unknown. A magnificent example of studio pottery that is strikingly beautiful when viewed from every angle.
