Irish Belleek 457 Leprechaun Figure

Offered for Sale is one (1) Irish Belleek #457 Leprechaun Figure in Pearl glaze with highlights of Cob Lustre. Called the porcelain of the Leprechaun's, as we can see in its magical thin translucent body, yet strong and resilient a piece to treasure. Mr. Leprechaun sits on a toadstool with a pot of gold at his feet and is sewing a sole on a shoe which he holds on his lap. Around the base incised in the porcelain but glazed over are the words: on the front "For Luck", on the right side "Jonas Orz" and on the back Irish Leprechaun.

MARK: The Leprechaun is marked with the 6th Mark or 3rd Green Mark 1965 - March 31, 1980.

CONDITION: Very Good with no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs or damage of any kind.
