Signed Vintage Maurice Sendak Where The WIld Things Are Poster Rolling Stone Art

This is a rare, inscribed, Maurice Sendak poster dating to 1976. This particular poster was publicity from the original publication of the book, released for an ALA convention in New York, NOT one that was reprinted after, which is where the value is. The poster was inscribed and given to a friend of mine by Maurice Sendak, who was a friend of hers. He wrote on the poster "For Ruth - With Liebe! Maurice Jul '80" The poster was original artwork in Rolling Stone Magazine in 1976 and shows children decorating one of Maurice Sendak's Wild Things with Christmas decorations. It is in very good condition overall, with tack points at each corner and some wear to the edge, as shown. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you.
