This is a beautiful pair of 84 (87.5%) Russian silver teacup holders that date to a very important year in history, 1881, when Nicholas II became Tsesarevich and his father, Alexander III, became Tsar. Upon Alexander III's death in 1894, Nicholas became the last Tsar to rule Russia. The holders are in excellent condition and each is clearly hallmarked, as shown. Weight of both cups is 132.8 grams. Thank you.
