Italian Shell Cameo Brooch/Pendant of Dionysus (Bacchus)

A lovely horned helmet shell cameo brooch/pendant, circa 1850, of Dionysus or possibly a bacchante maiden. I'm not sure which. It is mounted in a solid 15K yellow gold (tested) frame with four black enameled belt buckle accents on each side. The cameo plus mount are approximately 2 1/4"in length by 2"in width without the bail. No chips or cracks. There are a few very shallow internal lines visible with a loupe just to the left of the very top leaf, of no consequence (see macro photos). Very nice relief (medium) with beautiful shades of orange primarily in the leaves. The cameo has a safety latch, which is a later addition. The subject is depicted with long flowing hair, signature grapes and grape leaves, and a panther pelt over his/her shoulder. Two of the buckles are missing a tiny bit of enamel, seen only with a loupe. No evidence of a signature. The pictures have picked up quite a bit of flash. The mount is free of spots, both front and back.
