Miniature All Bisque German Girl

This little girl is approx. 3 1/2" tall, circa 1900, all bisque, jointed at the arms and legs and marked on her back "8098". Her arms are also marked. She is dressed in appropriate clothing made with old fabric. I think her wig is human hair? There are no cracks, chips or breaks. Thank you for your time and consideration!
