Early 1900's Match Holder Fairing w/Lady on Boat

Here is a very charming lady with her hand on a tiller steering s boat, which looks to be hand made. Anyhow use your imagination!! She is dressed in a beautiful hat that matches her dress with colors of blue, white and tan. Her little shoes are blue and she is resting upon the match-holder. This is probably from the early l900's era. It is numbered and signed on the bottom. There is a crack inside the match-holder, but it does not go all the way through and does not deter the beauty of this wonderful item. We ran out of wood matches, so we photographed it with toothpicks, it works!! There are no chips, or other cracks and no repairs. This is quite a find. This would be a great addition to any fairing collection or a wonderful display item anywhere in your home. Thanks for visiting Hibiscus!
