Original Bessie Pease Gutmann Print - On Dreamland's Border w/frame

This fabulous Bessie Pease Gutmann print is from an estate sale and was with the family for many years. The wooden vintage frame has green with gold tones and trim and raised gold flowers around the edging. The picture is showing some yellowing from Ultraviolet light. The picture has a dull finish as acid free paper was not a consideration at the turn of the century. The picture and the frame are in excellent condition considering the age.

The markings on the picture are: Signed by Bessie Pease Guttmann, under her signature on the left hand side is #692 GUTMANN & GUTMANN, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A. The title is also in bold print: ON DREAMLAND's BORDER. The frame measures 17 1/2" x 13 1/2". I am sure this wonderful old print was cut to fit the frame.

This wonderful piece of art would be a great addition to any home. What an exquisite gift---Especially for someone who just had a newborn!!
