This is a cut glass and sterling inkwell. The hallmarks date it : Birmingham, 1909. A very heavy hunk of glass with a pen-rest groove on all four sides. It is 4" x 4" square with the height of 3 and 3/8". The condition is excellent, with but a tiny flake on the base, only visible if you turn the inkwell upside down. Very handsome, and can be wonderful on a lady's or gent's desk. Shipping and insurance is included in the price.
