This silhouette is of a boy with a plumed hat and a whip in his hand. According to the name pencilled under his picture he is "Harry". This is a cut silhouette with abundant gilt highlights. It is circa 1820, in an ebony frame with convex glass and a gilt fillet. It is 5.5" x 5" over all, site size 2 and 1/8" x 3 and 2/8 ". The condition is excellent as is it's quality. A lovely brass basket of flowers is part of the hanger. Shipping and insurance is included in the price.
