Camay Hong Kong Vintage Girl with Box and Five Outfit Wardrobe for 16 inch Doll

I call this doll "Ricki with the Rattlesnake Eyes." That's what their color and design remind me of. She's also quite versatile. There's something about her that suggests she could do a runway walk, straddle a Harley, and fly a spaceship. She also has four cute outfits that look 1960s to me and her original box. She's 16 inches tall with hard plastic legs and a vinyl head. Her torso and arms are either soft plastic or vinyl. You can squish them. She has an open mouth with pale pink lips and two teeth showing with a teeny gap between them that adds even more character. Real upper eyelashes. Open/close eyes. Her rooted dark hair is quite full and adorned with two original bobby pins. Her shoes are white soft plastic. She has a few marks on her body and face that I've shown in the photos. Her box says QUALITY DOLLS TOYS NOVELTIES and is in okay shape.

Her outfits include white nylon panties, the mod tagged dress that she's wearing that's tagged MADE IN HONG KONG 11 (perfect but for a tiny spot in the white section near her tag), an orange dress with white lace that has a MADE IN HONG KONG tag (perfect), a blue dress with white lace with most of the tag missing and a couple of flaws I've shown in the photos, and an untagged blue paisley top with matching white capri pants with blue stitching. The pants used to be blue. I tried to get a stain out of them and now they're white. But they work with the top! Her white nylon socks have some small stains you can see in the photos. I later found the cool deep-pocket overalls and added them to her wardrobe.

For anyone who needs new outfits for their 16" dolls, or loves Hong Kong dolls, Betty is a charmer. A snake charmer, perhaps?
