1972 Porcelain Magge Head Kane NIADA Artist and Co-Founder, 20 inch Fashion Lady

Welcome to Mama Jo's House of Dolls where every doll comes with a surprise!

This is an absolutely stunning Magge Head Kane 20" fashion lady from 1972. Look at the delicacy of her hands, the movement of her molded hair, the jewels, the dress, her fancy gold shoes and under garments, her serene expression. Ms. Kane was a co-founder of NIADA and one of the foremost doll artists in her time. I've named this one "Savannah." Her shoulder plate head, arms, and legs are porcelain, the rest cloth. She's perfect and one Southern belle!
