Unsigned Clapsaddle Thanksgiving Postcard with Boy and Turkey

Description: A very cute Clapsaddle Thanksgiving design. This is one of the designs by Ellen Clapsaddle that was produced on cards with various different backgrounds. This one shows a seated boy in a blue smock and large brown hat beside a large turkey. It has a light golden background with no border. This card does not have the Clapsaddle signature, but is marked "Painting Only Copyrighted By The Int. Art Publ. Co. 1909". Back is marked "Printed in Germany" and "No. 51784".

Condition: Large mark from postal ink on the front. The condition would be quite nice otherwise, with minimal wear and strong color. Back is postally used but clean, with nice fountain pen script and postmark of 1911. Corners lightly worn and no creases.
