We are offering this beautiful German doll house bed for your consideration to display in a grand doll house bedroom. What appears to be marquetry inlay on all the wood surfaces is actually lithography, so appealing and well done, that it is only apparent after careful inspection. The lithography provides a compelling contrast to the dark toned wood of the bed. It comes complete with its original bedding and the most beautiful and delicate lace overlay with a coral silk ribbon woven throughout. The bed is raised on four turned and tapered feet and there is a pediment headboard and footboard. There appears to be some minor loss of the lithography on several edges, but is not readily apparent and does not diminish the beauty of this piece. This bed comes from Germany circa late 19th century. It is in standard 1" doll house scale.

The approximate measurements are: 6 1/4" long X 3 1/2" wide X 3" height of the headboard.
