Carte de visite (CDV) - Jefferson Davis – "Jeff Davis and His Last Ditch"

This CDV is of Confederate President Jefferson Davis fleeing Richmond in a Skirt. The CDV measures approximately 2 3/8 inches by 4 1/8 inches in size. Writing at the bottom of the CDV card states "JEFF DAVIS AND HIS LAST DITCH Entered according to act of Congress in the year 1865, by J. Brill, in the Clerk's Office of the District Court, for the Southern District of New York." Back of the CDV has no markings. See the scans for condition. I'm thinking 1880's?
