Amazing old Penny Farthing tin push toy vintage man on bicycle unicycle ordinary

Here is a unique vintage toy. We believe it is an old tin push toy. The front wheel with its design makes it seem as though maybe it was an artist tool too. It is a little penny farthing doll toy. The tin many i on the vehicle and can be rolled across the floor by pushing. Very unique old item and maybe the front wheel is used for drawing! Very great collectible. Measures 3-3/4" by 3-3/4". Good condition.
