Vintage Topsy Turvy Black and Brown Doll

This is a great vintage doll called the Topsy Turvy. She stands 6.5" high. Beautiful painting on her face. Enhanced with large beaded necklace, earrings, bracelets and head wrapped in a turban style. A lace top on a printed beige skirt on one side, lace with a bright orange skirt on the other with lace around the bottom. A Carmen Miranda look. I think this is from the 40's from some of the research I have done. A great addition to your collection.
