PICO China Vintage Lady Figurine

A very pretty lady marked on the bottom PICO China Made in Japan in red. Her arms are held up away from her body. She has the Dresden style dress with the lace. A very delicate face and hands. This lady measures 4.75" high X 3.25" wide. A low cut dress with lace sleeve, hat and dress. A very nice addition to that vintage collection. There are no chips or cracks and very minor damage to the lace on her dress and hat.
