Herend CORONATION Miniature Tureen
The Herend CORONATION pattern was active from 1966 to 1990 and is a gorgeous design of gold leaves and royal blue bands. This miniature tureen is only 3 3/4" tall to the top of the lemon finial on the lid. The Herend mark on this piece dates from 1915-1930. Herend is impressed into the blank as well as the number 6047. We presume that this is an early production blank that was decorated years after it was produced. This is an exquisite delicate piece of Herend.
