Pictured is a nicely carved bone pendant in a floral design. The pendant has a carved bail and hangs from a twisted silk cord with seven carved beads in two sizes held in place by hand knotting. The carved center bead slides on the cord. Completing the piece is a bone barrel twist clasp. The necklace measures nearly 28 inches while the pendant measures an additional 1 5/8 inches. Condition is very good with no damage. The markings on the back are characteristic of old bone. This is an exceptional piece that would have been worn by an Edwardian lady c. 1910. It's a collector's piece.
