Success Kerosene “Gone with the Wind” Lamp

A 19th century Banquet lamp made by Success of Pittsburgh, PA. The piece was converted to electricity around 1940 buy the type of cord and plug used. It's always wonderful to find one of these lamps painted with something other than roses. This particular one is painted beautifully with irises. There are no cracks or chips to either of the globes. The brass metal works has a nice patina to it. The chimney fits well. And the switch works great. The lamp is 25" tall to the top of the chimney. The top globe is 11" tall and 10" in diameter.
