Background is cream color with yellow flowers, green stems and leaves on one side

Molded in decorative design around scalloped rim

Metallic gold accents on floral design and rim

Marked on bottom in dark green with a crown, crossed swords, Rosenthal, Bavaria

Although this plate only has traces of gold where it was signed by the artist it was in a collection with five others, four of which were signed by A. Lydston

Very good condition; no chips, cracks or scratches

Kovels Dictionary of Marks shows this mark being used from 1907-1956
