This cruet is 7.25 inches tall. There is a pontil mark on the bottom. The pattern, Stars and Bars aka Daisy and Cube, Evangeline, was made by Bellaire Goblet in Findlay Ohio between 1888-1892. The cruet still has the original stopper.
The pattern is a 3-band hobstar in a block alternating with clear panels. The first band features a hobstar in a block alternating with a clear rectangular panel. The second band is clear rectangular panels. The third band is a repeat of the pattern in the first band.
In 1891 Bellaire Goblet combined with U.S. Glass. By 1892 Bellaire Goblet was no longer in business.
The cruet does show normal signs of use and wear. The stopper is a little uneven across the bottom. The piece has been black light tested and fluoresces under the UV. There is a scratch mark in the neck area and a small amount of residue on the bottom. Overall, this cruet is in very good condition.
