Elegant Vintage Gorham Sterling Silver Lemon Fork

This superb lemon fork was made by the respected American maker Gorham Silversmiths. The design of the handle is a charming quilted pattern and is finished with a beading at the top. The hallmark on the back reads "Gorham H824 sterling".

This lovely piece has no monogram. I see one dark spot but only noticed it in a picture taken with a macro lens. It measures 4 1/2 inches long and weighs 15 grams. The condition is excellent vintage.

This exquisitely crafted sterling silver lemon fork has an elegant presence and is a perfect addition to a beautifully appointed table or a vintage sterling silver flatware collection.
