Rosenthal Queens Rose Footed Covered Vegetable Bowl.

A Rosenthal-Selb Queens Rose pattern footed covered vegetable dish, ca. 1950's. This pattern consists of floral rose sprays in pink, violet, yellow, orange, green and brown on a white background on both the exterior and interior of the bowl. The exterior of the bowl and lid has pink fin and floral trim with gold trim around the rim. The lid has an acanthus leaf finial accented with gold. The bowl has double curved handles with a depicted female face medallion also accented with gold. The piece stands 9 1/4 inches tall at the finial and is 9 1/4 inches in diameter. It bears the Rosenthal crown and crossed swords logo in green and pattern name in gold on the bottom. The bowl is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing.
