This gorgeous Escada vintage silk scarf features cobalt blues, white and yellow in an artistic rosette pattern. It is made of luxuriously soft silk, with hand rolled and hand stitched edges that are still plump. It can be worn many ways as shown in the photographs – a neck scarf, a head band, a blouse, a wrap or even a belt! It measures 33" x 33". Excellent condition.
Escada hails from Munich and came to prominence in the late 70s and early 80s. Worn by royalty and celebrities (including Kim Bassinger when she won the Oscar), Escade soon grew to international importance. The designers chose the name Escada after betting on a winning Irish race horse of the same name.
