Offering a very pretty, Victorian era 10k yellow gold cameo pin/pendant. The piece weighs 10.2 grams and measures 1 3/4 inches (north to south) x 1 7/16 inches (east to west). The cameo depicts a heavenly scene with a bare chested goddess, Aphrodite embracing a cherub, Eros. The shell cameo is natural with some natural inclusions/fissures with no damage, cracks, or chips noted. The loop is marked 10k and carefully acid tested.
