A Vintage Single Draw Naval Telescope Telescope By Ross Of London

A nostalgic piece of naval memorabilia. This single draw telescope by Ross, London has a dark textured metal finish to the outer tube and chromed inner tube, eyepiece and sunshade.

The scope is marked on the inner tube "PATTERN 273B ROSS LONDON NO 89602 NO 44" with the broad arrow mark.

~ Dimensions ~

Fully extended with sun shade out, the telescope measures 23.25 inches (59cm) completely closed it measures 12.75 inches (32.5cm) The objective lens has a diameter of 2 inches (5cm). The telescope weighs 751g.

~ Condition ~

The telescope is in fair vintage condition. The optics are out of focus so we are selling it as a desk piece only but the telescope has a nice nostalgia about it. The dark metal casing has sustained some damage through use and age but the chromed areas have retained their high shine finish.

There is a dent to the sunshade which has slightly warped the cylindrical edge.
