Vintage Cobalt Blue Globular Flared Rimed Jug Style Pitcher 1940s
This pitcher was purchased in New Orleans in around the 1940s.
It is in mint condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The glaze is glossy and even. Some of the blue glaze does not cover all the inside white glaze on the lip.
There are no maker marks on the pitcher.
The label on the bottom was an inventory number, it can be removed from the buyer and does not affect the piece.
It stands at 5 1/4 inches, at its widest is 4 1/4 inches, the base is 2 1/2 inches the opening is 1 1/2 inches. The shape and color are wonderful.
An inventory card with the history of this item will be included.
