Spectacular Cameo Brooch ~ Medusa ~ Carved Celluloid AB Stones
Welcome to my shop! This is one interesting and unusual cameo brooch. ca 1950's carved celluloid with dark ink highlights depicting Medusa of Greek Mythology. She is wearing an interesting wheat wreath in her snake hair. A sunburst design done in smokey rhinestones and smaller aurora borealis in a floral pattern jutting out from the center. A nice size at 1.5" diameter. The center clear stones are just a bit dark from age. This does not detract from the overall beauty of this piece. She is perfectly wearable (as is each piece of jewelry i sell) and a genuine show stopper!! Get her at this ridiculously low "Grand Opening" price:)
